The topic of the conference is the changing role and value of the contemporary art institution.
How institutions today is not only an exhibition space but also as a discursive platform in the community. We examine the dynamics between artistic practice, institution and society, and discuss contemporary art as an important free zone for experimentation, discursive and critical activities.
Can we formulate arguments to invest in contemporary art as a "community development department '? And can politics, culture and artists collaborate to establish processes that develop the potential of art, society and communication with the audience? |
